2009 NCSA Committees
Facilitator
Franklin Jr. Wildcats
Facilitate meetings, contact point for agenda items, materials ready for discussions, information is ready
for each association. One year appointment starting December 31. League spokesperson. Must be a
president. Coordinate with the presidents to prioritize the agenda.


Officials
VACANT
Will be responsible for the acquisition of officials for the alliance. Acts as liaison between associations
and officials.


Certification
VACANT
Facilitate all training and certification requirements for all alliance members. To include educational sports
awareness for all


Website
Inderkum Jr. Tigers
Filters information and postings to the webmaster for placement of information on the website.


Special Events
Laguna Creek Jr. Cardinals
Mission Statement goals and objectives of the alliance. advertisements, news releases


Rules
Sheldon Jr. Huskies
Will chair all rules committee. Responsible for implementing the rule book for the alliance. Formulating
agenda for proposed rule changes. Will chair any all rule violations.


Scheduling
Laguna Creek Jr. Cardinals
Responsible for scheduling of all alliance events.


Membership / League Liaison
San Joaquin Jr. Rams
Receive applications for membership to the alliance. Develop guidelines for membership and application
process. Placing membership votes on the agenda.


Cheer Facilitator

Lodi Jr. Flames
Coordinates and facilitates Cheer rules committee meetings and puts together competitions and showcases.


Secretary
Fair Oaks Jr. Broncos
Meeting minutes will be taken posted to the website.
Agenda items will be updated.


Rules/Protest Committee
Deals with issues that arise during the season. Any protest of a game will be resolved by this committee.  Must submit protest by12pm Sunday(day after game) Monday Committee will meet and review protest. Tuesday Will notify result of decision by 12pm to team. Committee consist of Inderkum, Lodi, San Joaquin, Sheldon, Valley presidents.
